Without the contribution of the great Russian composers, humanity would be deprived of priceless treasures. Filippo Lama and the entire bow sector of the OTO compare two very different Russian authors, but united by having had difficult lives, without never giving up on them. The pieces proposed are also very different from each other. Shostakovich's Chamber Symphony is a musical testimony of his inner struggles. Tchaikovsky's Serenade is radiated with a gentle aura of serenity and grace.
