Gilgamesh is the oldest known poem. It is the story of a king in mourning for the loss of his best friend who decides to leave the throne to seek immortality and the meaning of existence. Today, Giovanni Calcagno makes this great epic resound, rewriting it in the form of the free verse. Next to him on the stage, two wonderful actors, Luigi Lo Cascio and Vincenzo Pirrotta.
