Recited in the original language, then in French, with the surtitles in Italian, it is a sort of prose opera on the famous monologue of the abandonment, all on the phone, of a woman who speaks for the last time with her lost love. The protagonists are absolute despair, and all the unfolding of its nuances with her, an unnamed character, in her bedroom, and a dog that gradually takes the form of a wolf; she who speaks, suffers, digs the plots of her pain almost looking at herself in the mirror, in a staging that starts from that solitude to multiply it endlessly and to reach an aesthetic richness of theatrical elements, in a fusion of disciplines and modes of expression that aims at a unique and unrepeatable result. "The heroine of Cocteau becomes here a completely extraordinary creature: Marilyn who suffers the abandonment of Kennedy, Aphrodite left by Zeus; the text and his music in direct connection, (direct line should be said thinking about the phone), climb over the fourth wall.
