In the new work of Canadian choreographer and performer Clara Furey, the performers invoke an eroticism in their own way. In this carnal dance with an existential edge, the body becomes the center of a cosmic, sensual and free alliance. A true architectural and polyphonic pleasure.
Clara Furey is a choreographer and performer based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal. After completing her musical education at the Conservatoire de Paris, she trained as a dancer at the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal and later worked with choreographers such as George Stamos, Damien Jalet and Benoît Lachambre. His works have toured to numerous festivals including the Venice Biennale, Festival TransAmériques in Montreal, ImPulsTanz in Vienna, Performance Mix in New York City, Fierce Festival in Birmingham, B-Motion in Bassano del Grappa and in several countries such as Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Azerbaijan and Bulgaria.
