Al termine dello spettacolo è previsto un incontro con Rodolfo Sacchettini e Lorenzo Donati.
Goffredo Fofi è stato saggista, critico, autore di riviste, pedagogo, straordinario animatore di iniziative sociali e culturali. Amava il teatro per la sua carica comunitaria e utopica, lo detestava quando questo si faceva compiacente e compiaciuto. Per molti anni è stato in stretto contatto con compagnie, attori e attrici, stimolando e "bastonando", sempre offrendo generosi consigli. Tramite la lettura e il commento di alcuni suoi memorabili interventi sul teatro, in questo incontro si prova a ripercorrere alcuni passaggi fondamentali della recente storia teatrale.

The need for a lucid trance seems to be the constant indication that is given to us when we try to decipher the arduous struggle that is at the basis of the beginning. Facing the void and colliding with it requires tenacity, above all a tool that acts as a catalyst, that is, that triggers the state of quiet and transports it beyond the barriers erected, not by the Es as one might banally affirm, but by the biochemistry of existence that continually manufactures the enzymes of normality. It is only through the induced alteration that one can hope to be catapulted into the truth of one’s being. The alteration produces simulacra. We rely on these to recover the strength necessary to set up the construction of another world in which to survive. As Living Dead we bow before a moloch that perpetually keeps us chained on the edge of the precipice from which we can free ourselves by offering our necks to the bond that a liberating spirit can offer us and this, we know, at the expense of freedom.
