Jacopo Bulgarini d’Elci, 47, is the director of Mondoserie.
A communications expert, cultural planner, journalist, and author, he also served as the Deputy Mayor for Culture for the City of Vicenza (2013–2018). For years, his work has focused on the transformations of the contemporary pop imagination, particularly within film and television. In this field, he founded and directs the multimedia editorial project Mondoserie.it, publishes articles and podcasts, writes essays (including for Doppiozero), gives lectures, coordinates and produces publications, and has curated columns for magazines and daily newspapers.
