Last Movement of Hope is a macro choreographic project composed of micro dances that are either independent or interconnected. Each chapter stems from the desire to use dance to recount human experiences, relationships, fears, struggles and hope. Like a storybook, the project spans the past, present and future. The chapter Organs explores the intimacy of the body, its fragility and its strength, revealing what defines us and often remains invisible. A sensitive and profound journey.

Bolognino's new duet begins with suspended time and two bodies in fragile balance. Here, the snow envelops and disorients: it becomes a blizzard. The dancers traverse an unstable landscape, exposed to the outside world, where their relationship is strained, broken and recomposed. The storm becomes a metaphor for growth and transition: from protection to action. Two male bodies inhabit the chaos, seeking a new form of presence, unstable and alive.

Adriano Bolognino (Naples, 1995) is a contemporary dance choreographer active on the national and international scene. His work is supported by important production companies, including Körper – Italian National Dance Production Centre and Orsolina28 Art Foundation. His creations are presented at festivals and theatres in Italy and abroad. He has received numerous awards, including the Danza&Danza 2022 Award as an emerging choreographer; La Duse won the Danza&Danza 2024 Award as Italian Middle Scale Production, while Ravel / Into Us – Bruciare was selected for the Fedora Dance Prize 2025. He is considered one of the most important voices in new Italian choreography.
